What wins are you celebrating?
I got my PCC certification a few months ago and I’m still beaming from this win.
To some the PCC is a new badge and announcement to share on LinkedIn. To others it’s 3 new initials to add to their name. To a handful it’s a dreaded exam 😬
To me it’s a reminder of the incredible and unexpected pivot my career took 4 years ago.
The PCC represents the 500+ coaching hours spent supporting 120+ remarkable leaders. It represents a growing community of values-aligned folks - spanning across 18 cities and 6 countries. It represents work that’s allowed me to redirect $3300+ to mutual aid and social justice campaigns.
I started my coaching journey during a super disempowering chapter in my career. I signed up for coach training because I needed something to look forward to outside of work. Something that reminded me of the impact I was capable of.
Coaching gave me that and more. It connected me to beautiful humans like you who are using your gifts to build a more liberated and just world.
In Chinese culture, there’s a saying called yuen fun (緣分), which translates to “destined to meet”. I think yuen fun is responsible for the people I’ve crossed paths with since I became a coach.
You may be thinking - ummm I found you through Google so it was actually the algorithm. And yeaaaah SEO deserves some credit but there’s something about being at the right time and place in our lives that connected us, right?
So here’s to yuen fun for making the last 4 years so enriching and meaningful. Thank you for being a part of the journey and entrusting me with your truth.
It’s been a real privilege. And one that’s really worth celebrating.

While the injustices in the world continue to rage on, I know it can feel insignificant to celebrate your wins. At the same time, acknowledging the things you’re proud of can offer you motivation to stay the course.
Feel free to use this Celebration Tracker to help you. It’s a great tool to revisit monthly to remind you of how far you’ve come.
