Inclusive leadership coaching for BIPOC folks

As an inclusive leadership coach, I facilitate a judgement-free space for you to uncover your thoughts, emotions, and limiting beliefs that prevent you from showing up confidently and intentionally. I partner with you to identify personal and/or professional goals and tangible actions to get there. My role is to support you, celebrate you and challenge you (if you want me to!) - but most importantly to help you feel seen and heard in your full humanity. Through 1:1 sessions, I use different frameworks to help you gain the clarity, confidence and courage you need to move forward.

I also offer an Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment to help you understand how you view the world and how you show up.
