Leadership training for BIPOC teams

As a facilitator and speaker, I deliver thought-provoking and trauma-informed leadership workshops for diverse teams. I partner with conferences, ERGs, affinity groups, DEI teams to design BIPOC leadership programs and workshops that heal, liberate and disrupt the status quo.

I facilitate group Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessments and debriefs to help your team understand how you show up collectively and how you can each strengthen team trust and collaboration.

My intention is to create anti-oppressive spaces for BIPOC leaders to:
